Using the service

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not post threats, harassment, hate, spam, scams, malware, private personal information, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not impersonate others, manipulate votes, or use the service to evade law or platform safeguards. You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Posts, reports and moderation

You keep ownership of your posts. You give Roam China a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce and distribute submitted content only as needed to operate and promote the community. Public posts and replies are intended to remain available for the life of the service; there is no routine content-purge schedule. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups or where retention is legally required.

Content is public. You can delete your own posts and replies or delete your account. Use the Report action to flag content for review. Moderators may remove content or suspend an account when needed to apply these Terms, protect people or comply with law. A suspended account cannot sign in, post, vote or reply until a moderator restores it. Suspended users may request a review or account deletion by contacting fengyindaqiang@gmail.com; a review request does not guarantee that a suspension will be lifted. Reporting does not guarantee removal or suspension.

Travel information and AI

Community posts are personal opinions, not official advice. AI itineraries are drafts and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing on this site is immigration, legal, medical, safety or booking advice. Check visas and entry requirements with official authorities and confirm transport, opening hours and reservations with the relevant provider before you travel.

The service is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Roam China is not responsible for decisions you make based on community or AI content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Accounts and changes

You may delete your account at any time from the signed-in navigation. Deletion removes your account and its forum content and cannot be reversed. We may suspend an account that repeatedly or seriously violates these rules. If suspension prevents you from signing in to request deletion, contact us at the email above. We may update the service or these Terms; material changes will be dated here and presented for acceptance when an account is created.
